The brief

The Council has approved the investment in the service to replace the current Parking Enforcement Management Solution and is now looking for a new solution which will enable the issuance, recording and recovery of Penalty Charge Notices (PCN), the immediate on-site reporting of street furniture faults (ticket machines, and defective lines and signs), the provision of management and performance information including monitoring route deviations, a robust challenge/appeals supporting process, improved monitoring/integrated communications of bailiff cases, better provision of DVLA vehicular ownership details and an effective ‘virtual’ permit (including dispensations) issuance solution.

Cheshire East Council opted to use ESPO framework 509 Lot 3.

This is a call-off contract from an ESPO Framework Ref: 509, Lot 3 using a further competition.

The contract term is 24 months with a 12 month optional extension.
