The Sport and Physical Activity team at the University would like to invite participation in a Pre-Tender Market Engagement Exercise (PTME) to seek the views of the market for the provision of Assisted Lifeguard Technology (ALT) to support with increasing water safety and further supporting the current lifeguarding provision.
The University operates a 25m 8 lane pool with activities not limited to lane swimming, club sessions, swimming lessons, water polo, octopush underwater hockey and sub aqua.
Following a recent review of how the facility operates it's swimming pool, the aim of the installation is to add another layer of safely and increase swimming pool standards.
