Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure the services of an asbestos inspection and testing consultant for the duration of a 5-year term contract with the possibility of a further 5 years, followed by a further 2 years (5+5+2) based upon performance.
The successful contractor will identify all Asbestos-containing Materials (ACM's) within the TWBC Estate in year 1 and will provide a management service including a report of condition annually for these sites going forward.
The successful contractor will be available for a variety of call out types, from emergency (2-hour attendance) to Priority 5 (28 days), and when necessary, will be able to provide a service for air testing and removals as well as attending sites to survey, test materials and write R&D surveys.\r \r In order to submit a response to this tender, tenderers must register their interest through the Kent Business Portal (registration is free).
