eRostering for Junior Doctors
Airedale NHS Foundation Trust wishes to conduct market consultation with a view to preparing the procurement and informing economic operators of their procurement plans and requirements.
The authority invites economic operators to attend an event on Thursday 06 February 2020 at Airedale General Hospital.
It is expected that the E-Rostering solution will provide the following functionality; 1.
Ability to design "rolling rota" templates and test for compliance against the current version of the TCS for doctors and dentists in training (England) 2016 and any other relevant legislation 2.
Ability to produce and manage e-rosters (duty rosters) for doctors following the rota templates 3.
Ability to initiate and manage "Exception Reports" as defined in the TCS for doctors and dentists in training (England) 2016 4.
Ability to access the system, request and manage requests for leave / duty swaps remotely (preferably using an App) from mobile devices 5.
Ability to design and generate reports to analyse data held within the system and be capable of data export 6.
Ability to interface with Electronic Staff Records (ESR) to facilitate payment for hours worked (including exception reports) via the Trust payroll system 7.
Ability to manage bank & agency/locum bookings Economic operators intending to attend are required to notify Rosanne Buffrey, Assistant Cost Improvement Manager via e-mail (rosanne.buffrey@anhst.nhs.uk) by 4.30pm on 17 January 2019.
Up to two hour meetings will take place with individual economic operators.
