Job Title: Senior Care & Housing Support Officer Rate of Pay: ?13.69ph Hours: 30 hours pw Location: Willow Gardens, Harvest Road, Rowley Regis, B65 8FG Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Closing Date: 12/01/2025 At 1pm We are looking for a Senior Care & Housing Support Officer to cover 30 hours per week at Willow Gardens.

This role is to enable service access appropriate to our service users' needs, whilst also maximising independence.

Key Duties: o Provide practical support and guidance to our front-line care and support team through on-the-job observational supervision. o Provide management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Manager/ Assistant Manager and Support Team Manager where required. o Undertake Duty Management tasks as defined on a rota basis.

Role requirements: o NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent. o Minimum of 2 years working with vulnerable adults, adults with disabilities.

Adults with dementia. o Knowledge of the Care Standards, and CQC inspection framework. o Good awareness of Extra Care Services both social care and the housing management aspects.

This role requires an Enhanced Adults DBS check.
