The aim was to support: • Provision of development support at a team and individual levels • Support to creating a shared understanding of the role and contributions • Co-creation of a system leadership approach with shared principles, values and behaviours at its core, create a safe environment • Creation of senior leader capacity to think, act and work on System-wide priorities - and to stop/postpone other activities; • Support to local leadership groups such as Local Care Partnerships and Provider Collaboratives, and to enable OD support The contract term for this procurement is 3 months with a total value of circa £105,000 excluding VAT.
