The brief

Leeds Building Services is requiring a Civil Engineering contractor to work alongside them on a scheme forming part of a planned works project at Gargrave Cluster, Leeds.

Contractors are asked to return a fixed price for work to be carried out as per the plan attached.

The requirement is for NJUG compliant duct to be formed, and in accordance of detail A indicated on design provided.

Access can be gained through the site office during working hours, contractors are advised to attend site before submitting a price to satisfy themselves of access and measurements.

Leeds Building Services are principal Contractor currently on a live site, so RAMS would need submitting after successful award.

Contractors are required to be CHAS accredited and have the necessary industry standard qualification to drive the machinery required.
