Supply of Musical Equipment and Sheet Music

Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of Musical Equipment and Sheet Music.

The procurement covers; Requirement Details Unite Procurement UK Limited is seeking qualified suppliers capable of providing: Musical Instruments and Equipment: A comprehensive range of musical instruments including but not limited to: brass instruments, woodwind instruments, percussion instruments, string instruments, keyboards, amplification equipment, and related accessories.

Suppliers must demonstrate capability to supply instruments suitable for military bands and musical ensembles.

Sheet Music and Publications: Supply of sheet music, musical scores, and related publications for various instruments and ensemble configurations.

Suppliers should be able to provide both standard repertoire and bespoke arrangements as required.

The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement.

The platform provides a streamlined approach to supplier onboarding and order management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with public procurement regulations.

Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement.

Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations.

Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration.

However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline.

Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
