The brief

The Growth Company is seeking key partners for our bid for the Access to Work Holistic Assessments contract, commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

Delivery is expected to commence in June 2023, covering England, Scotland and Wales.

Access to Work (AtW) is a DWP grant scheme supporting the recruitment and retention of people with disabilities/health conditions in paid employment.

The Holistic Assessment is a critical part of the AtW claim.

Assessments are used where it is unclear how a customer's condition affects how they could do their job.

Assessments do not diagnose disabilities/ health conditions.

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations and/or associates with experience of: • Current or previous delivery of Holistic Workplace Assessments. • Conducting needs assessments, both face-to-face and/or virtually, and completing needs assessment reports. • Successful current delivery of similar services.
