The brief

Roundabout Sponsorship Scheme for the borough of Stockton-on-Tees with a view to paying for the general upkeep of roundabouts on Council Land/\r The scheme is based on the concept of providing third parties with specific advertising space on roundabouts (to display their branding) in turn for a Sponsorship Fee. \r The Service Provider is required to provide the services necessary for administering and managing the scheme in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement ESPO 3A_20 Advertising Solutions Lot 6.

For the avoidance of doubt this includes all fees and charges related to planning permissions and business rates. \r The Service provider is required to maintain all relevant insurances and adhere to current Health and Safety Regulations including Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual 2009 and the Safety at Street Works and Road Works - A Code of Practice (issued 01 October 2013).\r Optional Services required\r For the duration of the agreement, the Service Provider shall have an ongoing obligation to identify new or potential improvements to the Services.
