The brief

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) manages all commercial service activity across two campuses in Falmouth and Penryn.

The project high level scope includes the introduction of new EPOS till hardware to support reduced queuing in all service areas, improve management data and reporting, integrate stock management/control and support the journey to becoming a cashless environment across the two campuses.

The project aims to provide real time, multi-tiered access to point-of-sale information, including an integrated reporting & digital dashboard to enable users to easily manage the business.

This would provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and real-time reporting.

Stock integration would give users complete control over G.P, and allow for the authorisation and tracking of purchases as well as controlling stock security, recipe costing and Allergy management.

The successful supplier will recommend, supply, implement and support the most effective and future-proof solutions to achieve these aims as well as advising FXPlus of ways to maximise the benefits and applications of the systems throughout the contract life.
