We have been successful on a number of sites and have now decided to take these potential plots forward for residential development.

The winning tenderer will be awarded the initial contract for these services and that organisation, together with the firms placed 2nd, 3rd & 4th, will be offered a place on a Framework Agreement for further architectural services for small scale residential development sites.
