0482 NDORS Training Instructors Framework Agreement
NDORS (National Driver Offender Re-training Scheme) courses are currently being delivered by Essex County Council (ECC) on behalf of Essex Police, as an agreed disposal option for drivers and riders who have committed a traffic offence, such as excess speed or failing to comply with motorway regulations.
Essex County Council (ECC) will shortly be issuing a tender to appoint suitably qualified trainers onto a Framework Agreement to deliver a number of different education/coaching sessions under the National Driver Offender Re-training Scheme (NDORS).
The tender will be released via our new supplier portal (iSupplier).
The Framework Agreement will comprise the following theory training courses which are to be delivered at venues throughout the Essex Police force area: Lot 1: National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) Lot 2: National Motorway Speed Awareness Course (NMSAC) Lot 3: National Motorway Compliance Course (NMCC) Lot 4: Emergency cover for the following theory NDORS courses: • National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) • National Speed Awareness Course - 20mph (NSAC 20) • National Driver Alertness Course (NDAC) • What's Driving Us (WDU) • National Motorway Speed Awareness Course (NMSAC) • National Motorway Compliance Course (NMCC) A bidders' event is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 1st February 2017 from 6:30-8:30pm at Springfield Parish Centre, St.
Augustine's Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 6GX.
The purpose of the event will be to provide an overview of each of the courses, specifically the two new motorway courses, as well as providing guidance around the procurement process and ECC's new iSupplier Portal.
The iSupplier portal is your free-to-use gateway to ECC allowing you to participate in sourcing events, manage your account and track invoices and payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
