The University of Sheffield Accommodation and Commercial Services wishes to work in partnership with an innovative and customer facing contractor for the provision of a residential launderette service which employs a solution that:- - delivers a consistent and reliable level of service (machinery in good working order) - improves service quality through innovation - maximises value for money - is customer focused, proactive and responsive - increases and subsequently maintains satisfaction levels for our residents The service to be provided includes provision and installation of machines, decoration of the Premises in which the Equipment is located, repairs and maintenance to the Equipment, promotion of the service and provision of management information.
The Contractor shall ensure that at all times during the Contract Term, that the Equipment will be kept in a good state of repair.
