This officer authorisation will award a contract for a term of 1 year to Bartec Municipal Limited (Company Number: 10625022) (Bartec) for delivery of the Collective waste management and Collective X system.

The Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Council) have used Bartec's Collective software as a waste management database service for organising and arranging residential bin collections and bulky waste disposal requests.

Unfortunately, further consideration of the market can not be considered due to timescales and resources available.
The Council seek to rely upon the current systems available and use the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud Framework to facilitate a one-year contract to Bartec via direct award.
