Callsys Housing Repairs System software support and maintenance
North Northamptonshire Council would like to invite Expressions of Interest for the support and maintenance of the Callsys Housing Repairs system.
The Callsys Housing Repairs system was purchased by Kettering Borough Council (now North Northamptonshire Council) in 2010.
North Northamptonshire Council are seeking a supplier to deliver software support and maintenance of the Callsys Housing Repairs System including ensuring upgrades are included as part of the ongoing support package.
The system is currently hosted directly with the Callsys Housing Repairs System supplier, Cohesis, via their servers and a similar agreement is looking to be sought.
As part of the services required by the North Northamptonshire Council, we require licences to ensure the software, Callsys Housing Repairs System can be operated on PDA's/tablets, with final numbers of tablets to be confirmed at a later point.
