The brief

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are going to market to source a supplier to supply and install a video surveillance solution at six Minor Injury Units and one Community Hospital in Kent.

KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Due North e-procurement portal.

Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Due North portal on Monday January 22nd 2018.

All potential suppliers must be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status and must be a Milestone Approved Installer.

The video surveillance solution must be completed at Hawkhurst Community Hospital by March 31st 2018 with the remaining six Minor Injury Units to be completed by April 30th 2018.

Potential suppliers will have two weeks to respond to this opportunity once all ITT documents are sent Monday January 22nd.

During these two weeks, site visits will occur to all sites on Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th and Friday 26th of January.

Details of these site visits will be included in the ITT documents.
