Property Services Framework

The Council requires an experienced organisation of chartered surveyors that can provide a range of specialist property services and to provide additional support as required by the in-house team.

All services to be provided in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards (the 'Red Book').

This framework will run for a period of one year with the option to extend for a further year (1+1), depending on the consultant organisation meeting Key Performance Indicators.

The framework will be awarded to a single organisation.

Call-off contracts for services required will be confirmed by email.

Total expenditure is likely to be between £10,000 and £30,000 per annum but this is not guaranteed.

The Request for Quotation documents can be downloaded directly from the South East Business Portal and should then be completed and returned to the Council.

You MUST also specifically register interest via the South East Business Portal in order to be kept informed of any changes or notifications regarding this process.

The Council will not be held responsible for not informing any organisation who has not officially registered their interest on that site.
