The brief

Bristol City Council Housing Options Service is pleased to announce the recommissioning the Emergency Accommodation Framework.

The current emergency framework was launched in 2016.

Since then, the city has witnessed a significant rise in homelessness and subsequent demand for Temporary Accommodation, largely attributed to a combination of factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic, escalating cost of living, welfare benefit reform, and the scarcity of affordable housing options.

In advance of a procurement exercise we would like to invite you as an existing supplier to an online Teams event at 10am on Wednesday 16th August.

The event will provide further details around the service specification and share with you our plans for the new Framework.
