The brief

City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Trust has an established Colorectal nursing, team that provides specialist advice within Colorectal Nursing and all Stoma care.

The current sponsorship requirement is for funding for the Colorectal team comprising full salaries and associated costs of: 2 x Full time Band 7 posts 1 x Full time Band 3 Stoma Care Health Care Assistant Maximum 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years on a 1 + 1 basis at the Trust's discretion and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance.
