Visitor Centre (SP20) - Old Oak Common (S4) Station - HS2
SP20: OOC Visitor Centre Scope of Work: BBVS are striving to create a state-of-the-art visitor centre for their newly constructed site accommodation building at High-Speed Two's (HS2) Old Oak Common (OOC) station site in West London.
The visitor centre will be used for a variety of different purposes and will need to cater to multiple different audiences over the project's lifecycle.
BBVS are currently planning to undertake a 2-stage tender process, stage 1 will consist of defining the scope with the assistance of the supply chain and stage 2 will be the invitation to tender.
To complete stage 1, BBVS are asking interested suppliers to return "creative proposals" detailing their approach to facilitate the requirement in accordance with the information described in the attached briefing note.
The supplier's proposals should detail the following: - A low-cost solution, up to a total cost of £35K - A medium cost solution, up to a total cost of £60k - A high-cost solution, up to a total cost of £100k The contractor is willing to sign mutual NDAs to protect any Intellectual Property included as a part of a supplier's proposal.
Please could all interested tenderers submit their completed creative proposals via email to Supplychain@bbvsjv.com with "SP20 Submission" included within the subject line.

The deadline for returning submissions is the 4th February 2022, when this advert will also close.

About the buyer's selection process: Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender through an external ERP system.
The exact scoring criteria are currently being developed by BBVS, and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to register for the ERP system in due course.
What is clear at this stage is that tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: HSEQ, Commercial, Programme, Methodology (particularly with working in a track environment).
