The brief

Historic England own Fort Cumberland which is located near Portsmouth.

It is used as offices and archaeological laboratories, and has some tenanted buildings.

Following a recent condition survey, Historic England M&E team have drafted a schedule of urgent electrical repairs.

The project involves works to existing distribution equipment and cabling to include replacements and refurbishments to bring installations up to a condition compliant with current regulations to include, principally BS7671, 18th Edition, Amendment 3 of the IET wiring regulations and also all other relevant current statutory requirements.
