Innovate UK Business Connect - exhibition stand design and build

Innovate UK Business Connect is part of Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified exhibition design company to design, manufacture, install and derig an exhibition stand for the Cenex Expo, Millbrook, Bedford, 4-5 September 24.

We expect to work closely with the chosen company to develop and realise the stand in a creative, eco-conscious and impactful way that is relevant and accessible to our audiences.

We have two indoor stand areas and one outdoor space which will feature representatives from multiple programmes within Innovate UK.

We are currently working to this brief: Brand - Innovate UK logo to be used for graphics Exhibition spaces Innovate UK - Partner Space - 72sqm space only.

Requirements: * Stand open on 4 sides - to create an inviting space which is easily accessible and provide open visibility and graphic opportunities for partners * up to 12 stations with a screen for digital content including small storage area/power supply for charging devices * designated space for both free standing and desk top demonstrations * designated small space for networking * consideration must be given to accessibility Innovate UK - CAM - 18 sqm shell scheme.

Requirements: * Welcome desk * One screen * Stand open on two sides * Networking area for up to 4 people Outdoor area * 2 projects to be featured. * Some form of branded banners/flags will be required.

This will be an opportunity for significant brand positioning and awareness for Innovate UK and display of its brand must be balanced with the opportunity for programmes and partners to have a branded presence.

Consideration of the separate stands and how we bring cohesion to the spaces must be made as they are located in separate halls.

Following a process allowing for design changes we will sign-off detailed designs and the agency will undertake production design and specification of all exhibition elements.

The materials selected should demonstrate best-practice in net zero and sustainability and consider reuse or recycling.

The build must be durable and easy to clean.

The structures must be compliant with relevant statutory and non-statutory requirements e.g.

Health & Safety regulations, Equality Act legislation, be constructed of fire retardant materials and follow best practice procedures.

All stands must be accessible.

All rights (including ownership and copyright) will pass to Knowledge Transfer Network trading as Innovate UK Business Connect on completion of this project.
