You are invited to tender to provide a software solution for a CRM system for use within the Marketing Team in External Affairs, supporting Student Recruitment at the University of Warwick.

The aim of our CRM system is to enable the University to offer personalised and targeted information to all our prospective students in a timely manner.

We also use the system to gather, maintain and filter information obtained from all our prospects enabling targeted mailing campaigns, event promotion and management and data reporting easily and in real-time.

Such a system should provide dynamic real-time responses to prospects and dramatically reduces the number of email and telephone queries handled by the current Events & Enquiries and Admissions teams within the Student Admissions and Recruitment Office.
