Rushden has seen significant development over the last 20 years, resulting in 42 parks and open spaces now being owned by the Council.
The Council also owns and administers a large cemetery and is responsible for the closed Parish church yard.
The parks and open spaces owned by the Council vary from small LAPs and LEAPs to a prestigious Green Flag 34 acre park.
A number of the parks are of mixed use and include playing fields and sports pitches.
