This opportunity is being offered to all the Affordable Housing Delivery Partners that have expressed an interest in the sites.

Southampton City Council ("The Council") is keen to maximise the sites' potentials and gain as much social rented properties as your schemes will allow, whilst ensuring your schemes are financially viable.

Please see the following details for the two plots, tenderers are invited to tender for either plots or both.

Delivery Partners are reminded to refer to the Council's quality standards for new homes set out in detail in the AHF Invitation to Tender documentation (ITT).

These are to ensure that properties achieve the standards the Council would expect from social housing providers and AHF partners have signed up to accept them.
