Provision of Neighbourhood Planning Guidance and Templates

The council is inviting competitive tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to produce a series of guidance notes and templates for our neighbourhood planning groups.

We would like separate guidance notes and templates covering the following topics: i.

Design codes guidance and template ii.

Climate change guidance iii.

Nature recovery and biodiversity guidance iv.

Settlement boundaries guidance v.

Landscape considerations guidance (including, but not limited to, identifying valued landscapes, important views and addressing local gaps) vi.

General neighbourhood plan template vii.

Consultation guidance and a consultation statement template
