Equality and Human Rights Commission
EHRC 1819-66 Equal Pay Investigation
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Business Services band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
Evaluation of whether individuals employed by an organisation under investigation by the EHRC are carrying out work of equal value to comparators.
This investigation is a response to concerns raised by women employed by the organisation concerned, that they have not received equal pay for work that is equal to that of their male comparators and/or that they have been paid less than they would have been paid had they been a man.
The EHRC's intention, subject to finalisation of the terms of reference, is to select a representative sample of pay grievances that have been considered by the organisation.
The sample will include pay grievances that have been dealt with informally, at the organisation's first formal grievance stage or on appeal and will include women from a variety of roles attracting different levels of pay.
The EHRC will analyse each case within the sample to determine whether an unlawful act has been committed.
