The successful supplier(s) will have suitable arrangements in place to maintain and repair tools both under and outside of warranty to the timescales in the specification.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of Lots, and bidders can bid for one, both of the Lots.
St Leger Homes reserves the right not to award any or all of the Lots.
The contract will be awarded based on the following Lots. • Lot 1 Supply, servicing and repair of power tools (including mains operated dust management equipment), hand tools and consumables • Lot 2 Supply, servicing, and repair of rechargeable battery operated M Class Vacuum Cleaners and associated accessories and consumables.
The contract is for two years with three further options to extend for periods of 12 months each.
