AP2327 - Intruder Alarms RSM Contract

Modification Notice Original description: Contract for the repair, servicing and maintenance of intruder alarm systems to properties owned by Nottinghamshire County Council and managed by Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (Arc Partnership), including the provision of a monitoring service for fire and and intruder alarms.

Description of the modifications Administrative error present on the original pricing document whereby 6 monthly servicing was not accounted for twice annually.

Taking this into adjustment to the pricing schedule into consideration, WEC Alarms still provided the best price/quaility score following re-evaluation, however an increase in the contract award value was required.
