The brief

In order to support NS&I to deliver on-brand communications and experiences for our customers, NS&I requires an online portal that can store and manage all of our current and heritage brand assets, allowing internal and approved external users the ability to search and download various formats of these branded assets as required, to use in whatever project they're working on.

These assets are compromised of: • Logos • Graphics (eg pictograms, icons, illustrations) • NS&I owned fonts • Licensed stock photography purchased from external image libraries (eg Getty) • Brand training videos • Internal staff video footage and photography • Heritage posters and photos • Heritage audio recordings The portal will also allow NS&I the ability to host our brand guidelines, providing users with information on how to use the assets they have downloaded.

Along with any licencing agreements they need to adhere to. ***Contract awarded via CCS G-Cloud 14 RM1557.14 framework*** Initial term: 36 months plus 12 months optional extension.

Matched against the notice text, so this is a floor — the tender pack will demand things the notice never mentions. “Says must” means the quoted sentence itself used obligation language; anything ambiguous is left as a mention.
