The requested work is to develop: 2 wafers of HPGe detectors which contain: o At least 4 detectors that have 1024 strips on a 50µm pitch, 5mm long, with alternating wire bond pads on both ends of the strips on a 100µm pitch. o At least 2 detectors per wafer with a single guard ring around the strip array. o At least 2 detectors per wafer with two guard rings around the strip array. o One wafer with a passivation layer provided with openings for wire bonding. o One wafer without a passivation layer.
