BHCC SW Legal Support for the Charitable Trust - AWARD
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (\"ITT\") is to obtain legal advisors to act for the charitable trust, to advise on setting up the trust and draft all the necessary agreements between the Council and the Trust.
Whilst Brighton & Hove City Council (\"the Council') will be the contracting party and will fund the provision of legal advice for the trust, the successful Bidder will be instructed to act on behalf of the trust.
Prior to the formal establishment of the trust, the successful Bidder will take instructions from the shadow trustees who are appointed and the Head of Royal Pavilion & Museums (who will transfer to the trust under TUPE).
What this notice demands of you

Museums (who will transfer to the trust under TUPE).
Matched against the notice text, so this is a floor — the tender pack will demand things the notice never mentions. “Says must” means the quoted sentence itself used obligation language; anything ambiguous is left as a mention.
