The brief

High Peak Borough Council wish to invite suitable contractors to undertake a project of replacing and upgrading the fire alarms to various sheltered housing blocks across the Borough which is part of the Council's portfolio of Council Accommodation.

Immediately three sheltered housing blocks have been highlighted as urgent and must be carried out before the end of March 2022.

The remaining program will be completed in the 2022 to 2023 financial year.

This exercise is being managed through the Council's Electronic tendering system Proactis.
