The brief

Dorset Fostering Service - Market Engagement Event to be held on Thursday 9th July 10 am to 10.45 am.

Dorset Council is in the process of reviewing how our Fostering service is delivered.

We want to • drive service improvement • improve the future sustainability of the service • achieve better outcomes for children.

We are interested in talking to the market about a potential partnership opportunity and are therefore hosting a virtual event on Teams on 9 July 2020 at 10:00am - 10.45 am followed by bookable 30 minute 1 to 1 appointments to discuss this opportunity with the panel.

An additional day of appointments is reserved for Friday 10th July.

We would like to discuss the potential of forming a new legal entity as part of a joint venture to provide our fostering service.

The partner would need to demonstrate a strategic view and the ability to deliver an operational service to a high standard.

This event will provide an overview of • Dorset's approach to providing sufficiency for looked after children • Dorset's existing Fostering service • The potential partnership opportunity • Question and answers If you are interested in attending the event, please register here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/dorset-fostering-service-market-engagement-tickets-110994589806 .
