Works are to include City of London School catering facilities upgrade, with works elements comprising of strip out/demolition, internal finishes, fittings, furnishings & equipment, services, builders work in connection with services, UKPN substation, and fireproofing to improve the Kitchen and Canteen facilities.
This will be a Design & Build (Single) Stage procurement using Design & Build JCT 2016 (Single Stage).
The Insurance requirement for this project will be: - Contractor All Risks to cover the cost of the works as a minimum - Employers Liability not less than £10m each and every claim - Public and Products Liability not less than £50m - Professional Indemnity of not less than £5m
