N0252 - Groundworks

Nottingham City Homes invites tenders for the provision of CRM New Build Groundworks.

Nottingham City Homes wishes to develop a Framework Agreement with one or more Contractors for the provision of Groundwork Services.

The proposed Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 year(s) subject to NCH requirements and satisfactory performance reviews.

Nottingham City Homes reserves the right to terminate the contract at the end of year 2 or at any time thereafter on not less than one month's notice.

Anticipated requirements are based on current work plans.

The volume and type of work may change due to changes in Government Housing policies and available funding.

The award of a Call-off Contract under this Framework Agreement will be made on the basis of Rates submitted, where possible.

For more complex requirements, NCH will conduct Mini-Competitions.
