The brief

Newlon (NHT) delivers services to the residents of 8,000 affordable rented, shared ownership and leasehold homes across North and East London.

Our main services include: - Letting properties - Repairing properties - Maintaining the grounds and communal areas of our estates and buildings - Managing applications from residents who want to buy or exchange their home - Managing local issues such as nuisance and anti-social behaviour NHT is seeking bids from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers to develop and maintain a customer portal for residents.

NHT wish to use digital channels to improve services for residents and become more efficient.

We intend to migrate more and more services and we expect the resident portal to be our primary digital platform.

The portal will closely integrate with NHT's existing WordPress website and be driven by Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The portal will enable customers to update information, check progress, make payments and communicate more effectively with NHT.

The portal will need to be innovative and developed to be future proof.

The contract value of £60,000 (including VAT) is an estimate for the first phase of development excluding licence and maintenance costs.

However, the scope of the award is for a contract of up to 3 years to allow for future phases of incremental development and support.
