Website Redesign
The University of Wolverhampton is seeking an innovative, creative web design agency to carry out a full redesign of the University's website, with the aim of producing a best in-sector website tailored primarily around student recruitment.
Working with the University's External Relations department, the appointed agency will lead on user-journey research, mapping, redesign of every element important to the site, as well as full implementation into the website's content management system (TerminalFour) in time for a relaunch of the website in May 2019.
The External Relations Department has been tasked with redeveloping the University website to fully optimise its role in student recruitment.
The successful agency will be able to demonstrate a track record of producing innovative, high quality, corporate-scale websites, ideally within the higher education sector, to deadline and within budget.
The supplier partner will be able to make a significant impact to the University's online presence, translating strategic goals into bold, creative design, with the ultimate aim of refocusing the website into a highly effective recruitment tool, above and beyond other websites in the sector.
There are a number of Mandatory Requirements as part of this tender process, Tenderers must have/meet all mandatory requirements in order to bid for this tender.
The requirements here include: The Tenderer must have a minimum annual turnover of £200K The Tenderer must have a Credit Safe Score of ≥30 The Successful Contractor must have £5m Public Liability Insurance The Successful Contractor must have £10m Employer's Liability Insurance The Successful Contractor must have £1m Professional Indemnity Insurance Project Specific Pass/Fails; Note you will be excluded if you cannot confirm / meet the following; You must hold Cyber Essentials Certification https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/cyber- essentials-scheme-overview As part of the evaluation process, a short list of up to a maximum of 4 Tenderers may be invited to present in support of their offer Relevant documentation can be found at https://wlv.bravosolution.co.uk
