The brief

The department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering within the University of Sheffield with funding from EPSRC wishes to purchase a photolithography mask aligner to perform optical lithography on a range of semiconductor wafers from wafer fragments up to 4" wafers.

The system should use a long life-time, low maintenance, high efficiency UV LED light source.

A top side alignment system with microscope and monitor is required to allow for training and teaching with the photolithography mask aligner.
