The brief

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are looking to appoint a contractor for Supply and Installation of Replacement Fire Alarms to include all fire alarm devices at: • Chaucer Clinic, Polegate (East Sussex) • Coxheath Clinic, Maidstone • Hawkhurst Community Hospital, Hawkhurst • New Street Dental Practice, Sandwich • Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay Bidders must be: • Constructionline registered with minimum 'Silver' verified status. • NICEIC and ECA registered • BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified • A member of Fire Industry Association (FIA) and Fire Protection Association (FPA) • Be able to evidence working in a healthcare 'live environment' in the past 5 years Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Design (2106 Edition) Special Instructions: Works to be carried out in a phased approach KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Proactis e-procurement portal.

Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Proactis portal on 25/10/2022.

Any correspondence to the Authority's staff email addresses will be disregarded.

Site visits will be held on: 31/10/2022 and 01/11/2022.
