The brief

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) will shortly be inviting tenders for the following services: Crisis House Services • a safe, therapeutic environment in the community for people experiencing a mental health crisis • provides a range of support services to those in crisis through facilities for a short period of overnight stays • services to be provided to service users within Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Mental Health Central Access Point Services • provision of a 24/7 telephone service providing access for people located within Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland to urgent mental health support. • provides an alternative to attending the emergency department and other services for people with urgent mental health needs. • Supports callers to access voluntary sector staff and/or clinicians who can assess their needs and advise, support, signpost or refer them directly to appropriate services.

The tender will be published in early June.
