The brief

Onward Group Ltd is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Onward is as a not-for-profit organisation, committed to the regeneration and sustainability of the North West region, with a primary focus on making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

Formerly known as Symphony Housing Group, we rebranded to Onward in April 2017 and now operate as a single organisation under one common board.

Onward's housing stock is managed as 3 regions; Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire.

Each Region is further divided into a number of Neighbourhoods, reflecting local boundaries Onward are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, accredited and experienced Provider to undertake relevant passenger lift maintenance and servicing across the group for all 3 regions.

With an initial term of 3 years and the option to extend by a further two years the aggregated total value of the contract is £775k excluding VAT
