The brief

MCA Digital Customer Relationship Management This concerns the design, procurement, implementation, support, and development of a new CRM system that can meet the needs of the organisation both now and in the future, the Combined Authority has adopted a 'Microsoft first' approach to fit in with the Combined Authority's ICT architecture and to align with MCA Digital workstreams.

The Combined Authority is procuring a new CRM system that will sit within Microsoft Architecture; it must be a cloud solution that can be accommodated within the Combined Authority's Microsoft tenancy and that conforms to the CA's established technical standards, and in addition specifically, the application should be scalable, accessible from mobile devices, accessible to a diverse range of users, simple, easy to use and secure.
