Duties of the PC include but are not limited to: -Resurface pavement throughout the scheme which will include regulating and milling of one section (refer to the drawings and specifications) -Activities of the Principal Contractor to comply with CDM 2015. -Provide a clause 31 programme and regularly update depending on the progress of the works. -Submit a construction phase plan to the client for acceptance. -Review and approve RAMS from the individual lot contractors. -Chair progress meetings. -Attend site meetings as and when required. -Attend early warning meetings as and when required.
