Supported further by machine learning capability to support pathway optimisation • A Health Inequalities module, which highlights pathway and service level inequalities to guide resource allocation and HI improvement. • Contuned access to a Productivity module, with team level productivity metrics to highlight potential unwarranted variation and high-cost service provision • Engagement in flow tool outputs and shaping of service design to improve efficacy and efficiency, with clinical and service leads • The creation of bespoke automated reporting for mission critical project(s) to ensure clinical and operational leads have actionable visibility direct to inboxes required to support the necessary change 'drumbeat'.
