The CRF has 3 main outcomes: - Provide effective crisis support to people on low incomes experiencing financial shocks. - Improve individual and community financial resilience, using an outcomes-based approach, and reducing the need for repeat crisis support. - Improve and integrate the wider local support front door system by mapping the local landscape, enabling more preventative and holistic assistance, and using digital solutions where appropriate.
