The brief

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the "Council") is seeking quotations from suitable experienced training providers for the provision of a suite of Health and Safety e-learning modules.

To be eligible to submit a quote, you must meet all of the following criteria: • Suppliers must be able to offer ALL of these courses listed in the table below or a suitable alternative otherwise they won't reach the award stage. • All course content will be up to date and in line with current requirements. • All course content will be reviewed regularly to ensure that is remains up to date. • All courses must be available immediately from the contract start date. • The quote must include unlimited licenses for use by the Council employees and associated users. • The courses will sit on our existing Learning Management System so SCORM files would need to be made available for uploading. • The Council reserves the right to provide this training to private, voluntary or independent sector provisions within the District, at a pass through fee that covers license cost, administration and management fees only.

Quotes that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be included in the evaluation process.

Quotes should be submitted for the total annual cost (including all criteria listed above).

It is anticipated that the total cost for a 1 year contract will not exceed £10,000.

Quotes will be evaluated and ranked in order of price; the quote with the lowest price will be awarded the contract.
