The Insolvency Service requires a modern, resilient, and scalable integration capability built on the M-Int platform to ensure operational stability while enabling rapid delivery of new integrations and supporting long-term application modernisation goals. • Comprehensive Managed Service - covering BAU operations, Level 2 & Level 3 support, and continuous improvement • Agile Delivery - for enhancements and new integrations • Future-Ready Architecture - leveraging reusable patterns and Azure-native best practices • Enterprise Enablement - through governance, automation, standards, and platform adoption • SLA-Driven Performance - including reporting, monitoring and compliance • Strategic Capability Uplift - supporting INSS' transformation initiatives, including integration with key platforms, modernisation of legacy components, and adoption of future-ready technologies (RPS, Dox42, Data Platform, FCMC remediation, DRO APIs, node upgrades, .NET upgrades, and more) The contract is awarded for a total period of 24 months.
