Marleigh is situated within the Parish of Fen Ditton on the border of SCDC and Cambridge City Council (City) and will consist of up to 1,300 homes (30% affordable), a primary school and community facilities.
Construction will take place over 9 phases (Planning Application Reference S/2682/13/OL).
Reserve matters (S/1096/19/RM) for 239 homes and a local Centre was granted by SCDC in August 2019.
Building commenced in October 2019 with first occupation in Summer 2020.
